Corporate Clients Relationship Manager Assistant starting immediately or by agreement.

Key responsibilities:

Support our Relationship Manager with following key responsibilities:

      Overall responsibility for Swiss large corporate clients, SMEs and multinationals with an office in S-witzerland

      To forge close partnerships with top CEO, CFO and entrepreneurs in Switzerland, which companies have an existing business in China, or are interested in developing one

      To originate, lead, negotiate and close new transactions in collaboration with relevant internal depart-ments, such as Credit Risk Management, Compliance, Treasury, Operations, etc.


Skills, experience and qualifications:


      Swiss University degree such as Finance, Law, or comparable

      Working experiences at least in more than two Swiss Banks or financial institutions

      Experience with KYC Due Diligence and Risk Management

      professional track record in a bank, within service-oriented and client-facing role relevant for Chinese and Swiss corporates

      Thorough understanding of loan structuring, debt and equity, commodity and capital markets, Trade Finance, leasing, working capital solutions, Treasury, corporate finance products and M&A

      Chinese as Mother tongue and excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written Ge-rman and English is a must. Candidates with French knowledge will get a special attention.

      Sound and proven analytical, credit and risk management skills

      Proactive, self-motivated and well-organized, with strong work ethic and team spirit
