CCB Zurich, CCB Jiangsu and Sino-Swiss Zhenjiang Eco-Industrial Park (SSZEIP) Signing Three-Party Strategic Cooperation Agreement
Published time: 2016-11-07

On 15th October 2016, the third “Swiss Theme Week” opened in the “Sino-Swiss Zhenjiang Eco-Industrial Park” in Jiangsu province. Mayor of the Chinese city Zhenjiang, Mr. Zhu Xiaoming, mayor of the Swiss city Lugano, Mr. Marco Borradori, head of the Foreign Affairs Department of Lugano Chamber of Commerce, representatives of Swiss Consulate in China, and more than 200 other people attended the opening ceremony. CCB was the only financial institution invited to the ceremony. CCB Jiangsu, CCB Zurich, and SSZEIP signed a “Three-Party Strategic Cooperation Agreement”. Based on good interaction with overseas clients and enquiries about clients’ demand through multiple channels, CCB Zurich could communicate with CCB Jiangsu in a timely manner to bring about the signature of this agreement. Currently, credit preparations by CCB Jiangsu are on the way to be started.

The SSZEIP project was initiated in July 2012; it is a strategic and sustainable demonstration project jointly promoted by the Chinese and the Swiss government. The park currently houses CLARIANT, Schenker Storen, and 34 other well-known Swiss companies and institutions. CCB Zurich will take up the opportunities offered by this agreement and the unique status of the inter-country cooperation park to explore all inter-branch businesses jointly with CCB Jiangsu.
